This position requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, an active bar admission, and at least five years of experience in working with investments in or the formation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. They should also demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills, persuasive communication, and management skills. The responsibilities include effectively communicating with clients and colleagues, providing quality and timeliness in work, meeting deadlines, and complying with firm policies. This position demands both physical and sedentary activity and offers a hybrid work environment. The hiring range is $310,000 - $390,000 per year, depending upon skills and experience, along with comprehensive benefits.
