The role involves working on internationally recognized projects, including novel financing deals in the energy transition sector. Candidates should have at least nine years of experience in energy transition finance matters and be skilled in handling transactions, particularly M&A of energy transition projects and companies. Proficiency in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters is highly desirable. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and writing skills, excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
